House in Maitencillo with stunning ocean views. It has a large terrace, fireplace and grill to enjoy outdoors. Its style is reminiscent of a mountain retreat: warm, comfortable and charming. It is an old and simple house located on a large plot of land with trees and trails, just a 3-minute walk from the cove and with Los Pocitos beach just below. Shops and restaurants nearby. Access by long stone staircase (not suitable for people with reduced mobility). A parking lot. The space The property has two levels: the main house and a second sector accessed by an exterior staircase. In the main house there is a cozy living room with a fireplace and a large window overlooking the ocean, a dining room for six people and a medium-sized kitchen overlooking the hill and the ocean partially. A hallway connects three bedrooms: one with a bunk bed, two with a double bed, and a bathroom with a tub. On the lower level, going down a small staircase, you reach another terrace with two bedrooms and a bathroom with shower, both with direct access to the outside. One of the rooms has a double bed and the other has a bunk bed. The terrace is one of the great charms of this house: spacious, comfortable and with one of the best panoramic views of Maitencillo. From there you can see the entire sea, with really spectacular sunsets. The surroundings invite you to walk and enjoy the hill, with views ranging from Quintero to Zapallar. We only ask that you do not smoke in that area, as there are dry trees and it represents a fire hazard. Services: There is no sewage system in Maitencillo. The house is delivered with the water tanks full; if the group is large or the stay is long, it may be necessary to refill them. We help coordinate the water truck, the cost of which is borne by the tenants. If you take care of consumption, it will normally not be necessary. The same applies to gas. Electricity is included. Floorplans: 1st floor (main house): 3 bedrooms / 1 bathroom 2nd floor: 2 bedrooms / 1 bathroom without hot water Pets: Well-behaved pets are allowed. The house combines the rustic charm of a refuge with all the necessary amenities to rest. It is quiet, bright and surrounded by nature, ideal for those looking to disconnect. It has a grill, fireplace, unparalleled views and large outdoor spaces. The surroundings of the hill are perfect for walking and enjoying the scenery. Access includes a long stone staircase. We don't have internet in the house. No wifi
