Private parking in the back allows you to unload luggage and supplies, you will not have to carry them up the front stairs. You are on a lake, in a wooded area – We treat the house every month for pests to help control them, but occasional insects and wildlife are part of the experience. If you have a pet, please keep it on a leash while outside at all times. Keyless entry through the back door. When you exit the back door, be sure to pull the door and hold it shut until the smart lock engages the deadbolt. Other things to note - Notice: There is a 2 night Minium Stay required at this property. Rules -We reserve the right to deny any bookings made by locals from within a 50 mile radius of Brighton, MI. If you are a local resident to the Brighton, MI area and wish to book this property you must share the reason for your stay. We will base our decision on a case by case basis. -Guests must have a track record of 3 confirmed stays on the Airbnb platform before they are allowed to book with us. -All guests including pets visiting the property that are not staying overnight must be approved in advance. -Parties and events are not allowed. -This is not a space for infants or toddlers. - Please be respectful of neighbors and the quiet, peaceful enviroment. -Parking is street parking only (it's plentiful!). There is room for only one parked car in front of the garage. **If staying for longer than 28 days, we require bi-weekly cleanings at $150 per clean** We receive notifications from exterior cameras 24/7. We have a zero tolerance policy regarding unauthorized parties, illegal behavior, and allowing unregistered guests onto our property. The cameras are on both the front and back porches. They record the front and back porches, sidewalks, front and back yards. We have access to recorded footage at all times. Please note there is NO LIFEGARD on duty at the lake. The guests will be fully responsible for all damage and/or loss that occurs during their rental period (excluding acts of God or nature). I will acknowledge the condition of the property is in good order and condition upon arrival or inform the Host promptly if found otherwise. Host is not liable for any incidents in regards to the house, the use of the lake, and the use of the kayaks. Host is not responsible for loss, theft, damage, injury, or cancellation fees. All Guests agree to indemnify and hold the Property Owners harmless from any liability for personal injury or property damage sustained by Guest or individuals invited onto the property by Guest.
