The Locals are friendly and the neighborhood its safe. There’s Cats, Rooster and chicken around the neighborhood, that’s normal in Puerto Rico. Enjoy been close to everything : SJU airport 10min Calle Loiza 5min La Placita 6min Ocean Park beach 6min Old SJ 10min The space -This nice Cozy Studio is fully furnished, it have Tesla Solar panels and Battery system, just in case there's a power outrage at the island you would not loose Electricity. -The apartment consist of 1 bedroom , equipped with A/C inverters ,Queen mattress, Closets, Bathing towels , Beach towels, Beach chairs, Toiletries, Hair dryer(s), Iron & Ironing board, Sheets and a Night table . - 50 inch Smart tv and a equipped kitchen with the essentials. -Theres high speed satellite Wifi. -There's 1 bathroom with water heater. Guest access You would have access to the whole Studio and out door patio Other things to note The Studio is located on the backyard second floor. There is no elevator but it is an easy walk-up. The parking is street parking Also there’s rooster, chicken , lizards , Stray Cats around the neighborhood, that’s normal in Puerto Rico. If you are a light sleeper or noise sensitive , we provide ear plugs, just in case the chicken and Roosters in the community wake you up. There’s a pedestrian bridge 1 mint from the property. That bridge takes you straight to Calle loiza.
