Vacation home Spelhofen

On our property is a vacation home for 4 people. We renovated this vacation home and furnished it in a country style in 2024. A beautiful house with 2 bedrooms. In our yard, it is quiet, you imagine yourself in the middle of nature. Birds, deer, squirrels and owls also live here. In the area, you can enjoy hiking, cycling or visit the authentic villages. On our property there is also a guest house for 2 people, see our other ad. The space Welcome! You enter the cozy kitchen. First, a cup of coffee and then your vacation begins. Next to the kitchen is the cozy living room. Downstairs are also the spacious bathroom and a lovely bedroom. Via the stairs you come to the loft upstairs, here you can work wonderfully at the table. Also here is the 2nd bedroom. Good to know that all beds are made up for you and the towels in the bathroom and kitchen are ready for you. Outside is a terrace, you look out on the beautiful walnut tree and the forest. Other things to note On our property there is a guest house for 2 people and a vacation home for 4 people. And of course, we live here ourselves. There is plenty of space on our property, so there is plenty of privacy. During the season and in dry weather, there is 1.5 hours of motocross on Tuesday evening and Saturday afternoon on the border of Ruurlo with Borculo. Feel free to take a look. The farmer's sheep are in the meadows. From the vacation home you can see them grazing.
