Quiet apartment – also for work colleagues

Bright and spacious apartment in a quiet part of a small town 🏡 Easy access to Brno and the highway (exits 178 and 182). The beds are 2.2 m long and can be arranged as a double bed or two single beds. There is a mattress for a third guest. The apartment is well-equipped to make our guests feel at home. Modern kitchen for cooking, coffee maker, toaster and a selection of teas. Comfortable shower, towels, shampoo and shower gel. High-quality lighting throughout the apartment, reliable Wi-Fi and board games. No TV. The space • After booking, you will receive a link to a simple check-in form, which you must fill out → Accommodation is not possible without this. • The apartment is non-smoking, including the balcony 🚭 • There is a grocery store and drugstore right next to the building. • Lidl and Penny supermarkets are 1.5 km from the apartment ⚠️ Please note that the BALCONY is INACCESSIBLE from October onwards. Guest access • The apartment is on the 2nd floor (no elevator) There are also a few steps leading to the entrance of the building – see photo. • There is no space for bicycles and strollers. • On the day of arrival, we will meet at the parking lot at the agreed time, and you will receive the key and code to the apartment. Other things to note • Do not enter carpeted rooms wearing shoes. • There are often small children in our home 👶🍼and they play on the floor with 🧸, so we keep the carpets clean for them. • We have an Ikea high chair, toys and children's dishes for kids. For a fee: • We can prepare a crib with bedding – CZK 100 / EUR 4 • You can buy hotel slippers - CZK 20/EUR 1 • In summer, we lend blankets and bath towels for the swimming pool
