Quiet apartment, parking, double beds - separately

The comfortable apartment is in a quiet part of the housing estate. It has its own parking space and you can see your car from the window. It's a pleasant place for a vacation or a rest on a long trip. Beds with 2.20 m long slats are together or separately - according to the wishes of the guests. The third guest sleeps on the mattress. Modern kitchen, coffee machine, teas, spices and everything you need to cook. Spacious shower room. Air conditioning. We don't have TV, but we do have books, crossword puzzles and board games for those interested. It's a great place to relax and you'll feel at home 🙂 The space !!! Every time you leave the apartment, the windows, including ventilation and balcony doors, must be closed !!! You can buy hotel slippers for 20,- CZK or 1,- EUR Respect the quiet hours from 8pm - there is a neighbor's bedroom and children's room behind the walls. We expect our guests to treat things in the apartment kindly and considerately as they would their own. If you damage something, don't leave without a word to discuss a solution. Guest access The apartment is on the 2nd floor with no elevator and the stairs are also from the parking area to the house. After making a reservation, you will receive a link to a simple electronic guest registration form. Fill it out. We won't accommodate you without it. On the day of check-in, enter your check-in time, and I'll be waiting for you in the parking lot at that time. You will be given a house key and a code to open the apartment. Other things to note Rosice is located at the D1 motorway exit and 8 km from Autodrom MOTO GP. You can get to the center of Brno quickly and comfortably by modern trains. Interesting tourist destinations in Rosice and its surroundings can be found on the leaflets in the apartment. Also in English.
