Quiet apartment, parking lot, double beds - separate

The comfortable apartment is in a quiet part of the housing estate. It has its own parking space and you can see your car from the window. It's a pleasant place for a vacation, a business trip, or a rest on the way. Beds with 2.20m slats are together or separately - according to the wishes of the guests. The third guest sleeps on the mattress. Modern kitchen, coffee and tea. Spacious shower. Air conditioning. We don't have a TV. We offer books, magazines, crossword puzzles and board games for those interested. There's a good shop next to the apartment. Upon request, we will issue an invoice for your stay. The space !!! Every time you leave the apartment, the windows, including ventilation and the balcony door, must be closed!!! You can buy hotel slippers for 20,- CZK or 1,- EUR Respect the night peace from 8 pm - behind the walls there is a bedroom and a children's room of the neighbors. We expect our guests to treat the things in the apartment with kindness and consideration as their own. If you damage something, do not leave without a word and agree on a solution with us. Guest access The apartment is on the 2nd floor with no elevator and the stairs are also from the parking area to the house. **After making a reservation, you will receive a link to a simple electronic guest registration form. Please fill it out --- because we won't be able to accommodate you without it.** On the day of check-in, I will be waiting for you at the agreed time in the parking lot. I'll give you the key to the house and the code to open the apartment. Other things to note CHILDREN - for small children we only have an Ikea dining chair and soft toys. The apartment is not equipped for a comfortable stay for children. We look forward to seeing you :-)
