Quiet apartment - for families and work colleagues

A quiet place to relax on your travels 🏡 Parking at the house is free. The apartment is spacious, comfortable, and very practically furnished. The 2.2 m long beds are either a double bed or two separate beds. The apartment is furnished so that both we and our guests feel at home. Here you will find a modern kitchen, a coffee maker with a grinder, and a selection of teas. Towels, shampoo, shower gel. Play board games, borrow a mat for exercise, or something to read. The third guest sleeps on a high-quality mattress. The apartment is without TV. The space After booking, you'll receive a link to a simple accommodation form to fill out --- without this, accommodation is not possible. 🚭 The accommodation is non-smoking, including the balcony. Please note that the balcony is closed from October. There is a grocery store and a drugstore right next to the house. Large supermarkets are 1.5 km from the apartment. Guest access The apartment is on the 2nd floor (no elevator). Also, there are a few steps to the entrance of the house - see photo. There is no space for bikes and strollers. On the day of check-in, we'll meet at the parking lot at the agreed upon time and you'll get the house key and apartment code. Other things to note - Do not enter rooms with carpets while wearing shoes. There are often small children in our home 👶, and they play on the floor. - We have an Ikea high chair, toys and children's utensils for children. - For a fee of 100 CZK or 4 EUR, we will prepare a crib with bedding for you. In Rosice, you can skate at the winter stadium, visit a castle with a military bunker, climb to the Chapel of the Holy Trinity, go to the movies or to a soccer game, and in the summer, swim in the beautiful new Zátoka swimming pool. You can easily get to Veveří Castle, which is on the shore of the Brno reservoir.
