Quiet flat + parking, 20 minutes to Brno city centre

Comfortable flat with on-street parking and quick access to Brno city centre. Ideal for couples and colleagues who would appreciate separate beds. Located in a quiet area. The beds with slatted bases are 2.2 m long, and we can provide a mattress for a third guest. The modern, air-conditioned kitchen is equipped for everyday cooking (coffee, tea and spices). In the bathroom, there is a spacious shower area (shampoo and shower gel provided). Borrow books, magazines, crossword puzzles and board games, including for children. We don't have TV here... We will be happy to issue an invoice on request. The space - The accommodation is completely non-smoking, including the balcony 🚭 - Please close the windows, ventilation, and balcony door every time you leave. - Please observe the quiet hours between 8:00 pm and 8:00 am, as the neighbours have a children’s room and a bedroom right behind the walls. Thank you for your consideration. Right next to the house, there is a shop with a very wide range of goods. Nearby, you’ll find a great local ice cream parlour🍦 (in summer) and a bike rental shop. Guest access The apartment is on the 2nd floor (no elevator). There are also several steps leading up to the entrance of the house – see photo. After you make your booking, we will send you a link to a simple online guest registration form, which you will need to complete – this is our legal obligation to the authorities. On the day of your arrival, we will meet in the car park at the agreed time. I'll give you the key to the house and the code to the apartment. Other things to note Guests are kindly requested not to enter the rooms wearing shoes on the carpets. You can purchase disposable slippers from us for CZK 20 / EUR 1 A high chair and soft toys are available for young children. We can offer children's books and board games to older children. In Rosice, we recommend visiting Rosice Castle, which has a military bunker, and the modern swimming pool, as well as Veveří Castle nearby, or taking a steamboat trip on Lake Brno. Třebíč, which has a historic Jewish quarter and a UNESCO-listed basilica, is also worth a visit. You can get ideas from the leaflets in the flat, which are also in English. Brno and the surrounding area offer many interesting places to explore. We look forward to seeing you :-)
