A newly built spacious apartment in the village. Our house is on the ground floor of a 2-story apartment building. It has 2 bedrooms, 1 living room, and a separate kitchen. The apartment is 79 m² in size. There is 1 double bed (200x160 cm), 1 single bed (100x200 cm), and 2 sofa beds in the living room. There is an open space of 26 m² and a patio. A total of 5 people can stay. There's air conditioning in the living room and bedroom. It is ideal for those who want to go to different places every day, who love nature, and who want to spend their vacation in the comfort of a home rather than in a single room, all at an equal distance from tourist attractions. The space We have 1 0.5 LT bottled water per person, tea/coffee offered to our guests at the first check-in, first of all, it makes me happy that our guests feel at home, the rules of the house are the rules we have to follow when we live here, in fact, it would be more accurate to say this way about our living conditions here. I especially pay attention to cleanliness. Guests can use a brand-new set of linens and towels for 120 euros (price for 2 people) if they wish. If they request this before booking, I can add it to the price of the linens, and the payment will be made in this way. When they leave the house, guests can take this new set of towels and linens with them. I serve guests with the same philosophy that I would use if I wanted to stay or vacation in a place. Our guests who make a reservation use the entire 2+1 apartment on the ground floor and their own veranda. There are only 2 apartments in the building. The upper floor belongs to the host, and the entrance doors of both apartments are separate. Other things to note For security reasons, when you are not at home, please do not leave electrical appliances running except for the refrigerator. Also, please do not run the washing machine or dishwasher before you leave the house completely (before check-out). Keep the mosquito nets closed, and throw out the trash at check-out.
