Cozy studio, close to beach

Relax in our recently remodeled studio apartment in the tranquil Richmond Beach area of Shoreline, just north of Seattle. Enjoy a short stroll to Richmond Beach Saltwater Park, local coffee shops, and neighborhood dining. Quick drives lead to QFC, Fred Meyer, and the YMCA. Explore charming Edmonds nearby, with ferry access to Whidbey Island. Our studio features a private entrance, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, a dedicated parking spot, and patio for added convenience. The space Enter our studio through a private entrance on the side of the main house, and arrive in a welcoming entry space with plenty of storage and lots of room for your shoes and clothes. From the entrance room, you enter the studio which is light filled with windows all around. It is one large space with a fully equipped kitchen, a TV, a full bed, comfy couch, and an eating area. Separated by a sliding door you'll find a bathroom with a toilet, a shower and a vanity. From the studio you have access to a private, covered patio. The studio has a minisplit heating/airconditioning system built in. A washing machine and dryer are available and located next to the studio's entry room. The studio is adjacent to the main house, and the garden area. Guest access The studio is self contained but you are more than welcome to knock at our doors anytime for company or if you need anything. Guests have access to a washer and dryer, a larger fridge and a cooler adjacent to the studio.
