Nestled in the heart of Rockdale, the property is conveniently located, allowing you to explore and live in Sydney. Location: - Being a 10-minute walk from both Banksia and Rockdale station, you will have easy access to our local cafes, bakeries and shops for any daily essentials. - 7 minute drive from Sydney International Airport. - 13 kilometres from the Sydney CBD. Sleeping Arrangements: - Bedroom 1: 2 x Double Beds - Bedroom 2: 1 x Queen Bed and Built-In Wardrobe - Bedroom 3: 1 x Queen Bed and Built-In Wardrobe Main Features: - Air Conditioning in two bedrooms - One bathroom and second toilet - NBN high-speed internet provided - Bed linens and towels - Fully equipped kitchen with electric stove, oven, microwave, fridge, kettle, pots, plates, cups, wine glasses, cutlery etc. - Covered patio laundry with Washer and Dryer - Hairdryer, Shampoo, Conditioner, Body wash - Free roadside parking along the street (no time limits) Guest access The guesthouse is the front section of the house, with its own entrance and no shared living areas. Other things to note For same-day bookings, please contact us beforehand to avoid any disappointment. Please also note the following House Rules before booking: 1. Check-in and Check-out. Early check-in and late check out is subject to availability. Extra fees may apply. Please make a request upon booking. 2. No parties are permitted at any time. No unregistered guests are allowed. Any extra overnight visitors must be approved in advance and will have to pay an extra fee as set out in our rates. It is the responsibility of the guest who made the booking to ensure that any visitor/s also complies with our house rules. 3. No smoking. There is a strict no smoking policy. This helps us keep the space clean and comfortable for everyone. Any signs of smoking may result in additional fees. 4. Please minimise noise between 9PM to 8AM. No excessive music or loud noise between 10PM to 8AM to ensure our neighbours can enjoy a night of undisturbed sleep. 5. We understand that accidents to happen and kindly request that you report any accidental breakages or damages in writing before checking out. 6. Lost keys will incur a replacement fee of $50/set.
