Coastguard Cottage with views

A lovely 2 double bedroom cottage with fabulous views over Dungeness. One bedroom can be twin-bed set up or a kingbed. Dungeness is dubbed ''Britain's only desert'' and is a conservation area, a nature reserve and has many wonderful features. We have a unique miniature passenger steam railway and access to the sea, many watersports, birdwatching, fishing, cycling, big sky sunsets & star gazing. Further afield is the historic town of Rye. And close to Camber Sands, Hastings. Come and explore!. The space Stepping into a lovely large, light kitchen dining room, leading onto the living room. Upstairs you have the family bathroom/shower and 2 good sized rooms with king beds (can have twin bed set up in one of the rooms if preferred, please specify). Both bedrooms are light and have wide reaching views across Dungeness to the sea and the 2 light houses. Dungeness is a working community -peaceful, spacious and remote as it is, people live and work here and will be going about their daily business. Guest access Guest have use of the 2 double bedrooms, family bathroom with over bath shower. And downstairs is a large living room with log burner, a second chill out room for yoga, reading, kids space... And a large kitchen dining area. There is a spacious garden in front of the house with outside table and chairs. We have a key safe for easy access when you arrive. Other things to note Dungeness is a wonderful, peaceful, natural place to visit, and it is also a living, working community - people will be going about their daily business. The Pilot Inn is a short walk away and offers good pub food and beverages. They stop serving food at 8pm and are usually very busy. Dog and child friendly, no booking needed. Please bring a torch for when it gets dark early in the winter months - there are motion lights but no street lighting on the approach to the Cottage.
