Villa del Mar is a rustic wooden Caribbean-style house, located just steps away from the white sand and turquoise waters of Playa Chiquita. The villa is on a private property facing the sea, with private access to the beach. It has a single space where the bedroom with a double bed, ceiling fan, fully equipped kitchen, and bathroom with toilet are located. The shower is in the outdoor part of the house where you can enjoy a nice bath surrounded by beautiful trees and the sea breeze. Please note that in this house we use rainwater and well water, we recommend that you obtain drinking water for drinking and cooking. The house is surrounded by a 2000 sq.m garden with tropical trees and flowers, it is ideal for those who enjoy tranquility and simplicity. From the terrace of Villa del Mar you can enjoy the sea view, the sea breeze and the peace and relaxation provided by the sound of the sea. It is located in a 'Pet-Friendly House'. Only one pet is allowed per stay, and this must be approved in advance. Before making the reservation, please consult with us the conditions and policies of the 'Pet-Friendly House', as well as the possibility of bringing a second pet. Please note that an additional charge of $35 applies for the stay of each pet. Note: Due to a renovation on the neighboring property, there will be noise at different times of the day due to the ongoing construction work. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
