A spacious open plan kitchen featuring a breakfast bar connects to the dining area, which boasts a sizable table perfect for gathering loved ones during mealtimes. From the kitchen, you can reach the rear patio area up a set of stairs. A spacious open plan lounge area features cozy couches for visitors' comfort, and this space opens up to an outdoor section that includes a seating arrangement. On the ground floor, you will find a utility room as well. FIRST FLOOR: Bedroom 1 on the first floor features a double bed and an open wardrobe with 2 drawers. Bedroom 3 serves as a cozy space featuring a compact sofa bed suitable for accommodating one individual, along with an open clothing rack for storage. Bedroom 4 features a compact space containing two twin beds positioned side by side and has an open wardrobe with 2 drawers. Bathroom 2, designated as the shower room, features a walk-in shower, a toilet, and a sink, along with a heated towel rail. Cinema Room: On the first floor, there's a cinema room equipped with cozy red reclining chairs, a 65-inch smart television, an audio system, and a selection of board games. From the cinema room you can access the rear garden. MID LANDING BETWEEN GROUND FLOOR AND THE FIRST FLOOR: In Bathroom 1, you’ll find a spacious walk-in shower, a sink, and a toilet, all complemented by stunning marble tiles that adorn the entire space. Due to high winds and stormy weather, we remove the furniture to avoid any risk of damage or injury. The outdoor seating areas will be fully set up again once the weather improves in spring.
