Stay where the artists stay! These lofts are managed by Arizona Theatre Company and house creatives from around the country during our season. Centrally-located, this block of just a few apartments is gated, with gated parking. Features include: fully equipped kitchen, living, & half bath downstairs; 1-queen bed, full bath, & washer/dryer upstairs. Each unit is self-contained, accessed by a front door in a shared courtyard. Located in a residential neighborhood, walking distance from downtown The space The ground floor of the Artist Loft features an entry way, half bath, fully equipped kitchen (including dishwasher), and living room with a wall of windows and natural light. Up the staircase, on the second floor, you'll find an open, loft-style bedroom (with balcony railing and open view down to the living room) with bed, closet with washer/dryer, and a full bathroom. The unit is a loft-style apartment with the bedroom occupying the full second floor, so there is no bedroom door. Note we have more than 2 units available in the complex, so while all units have the same floorplan, and are furnished to the same standard, photos may differ slightly from the actual unit. The loft is one of a small number of apartments in a fully gated complex, and the front doors of each unit face a shared courtyard. A gated parking area is also available within the gated complex.
