Excessive mess may result in additional cleaning fees. 4, Valuable Items: Please take care of personal belongings and avoid leaving valuables unattended. 5, Lost or Damaged Items: We will charge for any lost, missing, or damaged items, including remotes. 6, Parking: Please read and follow all street parking signs. We are not responsible for parking tickets or violations. 7, Early Check-In or Late Check-Out: This is subject to availability and an additional fee may occur. Any request must be approved in advance. 8, Overnight Guests: Overnight guests beyond the stated number in your reservation are not allowed.
