Shared Spaces • Guests will share access to the kitchen, laundry, living area, exercise equipment, and dining area. • Please clean up after yourself and take care of all amenities. 4. Respect Privacy As different guests will stay in each room, we kindly ask everyone to respect each other’s privacy and personal space. 5. Kitchen Etiquette • Clean up any spills, wash dishes after use, wipe them dry, and return all items to their original places. Ensure the kitchen sink is also cleaned after use. 6. Laundry Guidelines Coordinate with other guests when using shared laundry facilities to ensure everyone has equal access. 7. Linen Change Weekly linen change for Long Stays. Daily linen change only on request and is chargeable. 8. Extra Bed For full villa bookings, the maximum number of guests allowed is 8. An extra bed can be provided at an additional charge, subject to prior arrangement. 9. Exercise Equipment Use exercise equipment responsibly and return any moved items to their original place. 10. Visitors Visitors are allowed only in the living space and should not stay for more than one or two hours. Visitors are not allowed in the bedroom. 11. Waste Management • Segregate food and plastic waste. Do not put containers with food. • Wrap food waste in garbage bags and dispose of it in the big bins outside. 12. Water Tank Switch on the motor for 10 minutes to fill the rooftop water tank when needed. 13. Energy Conservation • Switch off all lights, A/c, and fan when not in use. • Please do not lock the main door during the day; lock it only when you go to sleep at night. 12. Self-Cleaning Cleaning tools like brooms and mops are available in the laundry area for your use.
