30° South is situated on the sought after Umzumbe blue flag beach. Our villa is a blend of simplicity, adorned with bali inspired decor. Surrounded by dune forests and pristine beaches. One comes here to slow down and enjoy the warm waters of the Indian Ocean. Outdoor living is popular in Umzumbe and the shallow reefs in the bay open up on to a rocky shore that is ideal for fishing and snorkeling, and if that doesn’t grab you then surfing might.This is a perfect getaway for the whole family. The space Our villa has an open plan dining and lounge area which leads to the verandah and pool. The second Tv lounge also opens up to the verandah and the outside dining area. Our kitchen is well equipped with all the necessary appliances, cutlery, crockery and cookware. We have a dishwasher, tumble dryer and washing machine. The house is serviced daily by our wonderful domestic worker Goodness. All linen is proved including bath towels. You will be expected to please bring your own beach and swimming towels. Our pool has a cover which is easily removed and replaced if need be. We are within walking distance to the umzumbe blue flag beach with tidal pool and life guards. Our property has its own private beach access which leads onto the exquisite sharks bay beach. We are with gladiator security which do regular night patrols and checks. For your peace of mind our premises is secured with an electrified fence, beams and alarm. Please feel free to contact me if there is any other info you are needing.
