Just ten minutes by car from the Belleme forest, close to the greenway and the departure points for walks… Housing The house is organised on two floors. ground floor: kitchen / bathroom / living room / dining room; 1st floor: master bedroom / second bedroom (is open onto the landing with a curtain) /WC. garden: courtyard, shared patio, swimming pool, barbecue/fire pit. (for pets, the garden is not completely closed off, there is access onto neighbouring fields and gardens- its advisable to keep dogs on a leash in the garden) Guest access The accommodation is half of a Percheron farmhouse, shared with the hosts who are occasionally on site. The half of the house for rent is completely separate and private for the lodgers. There is a terrace dedicated to the accommodation (not shared with hosts) with outside eating area. The extensive garden is accessible to travelers and is shared with the hosts if present. The swimming pool is accessible from May to the end of October depending on the weather and is shared with the hosts if present. There can be agreed times where the pool will only be accessible to the guests. (Not the hosts) The vegetable garden and its products are accessible to travelers on request, and in agreement with the owners in advance. Other things to note Your pets are welcome, on request and for an extra fee. The garden is fenced off, but most dogs can pass through onto neighbouring fields and gardens and path.
