Welcome to your sprawling, 4000 sq ft lake house: the perfect escape for large families, group retreats, or your unforgettable game day weekend. This large 5-bedroom, 3-bath home sits directly on the lake, offering stunning panoramic views from both levels. With two full kitchens, two separate living areas, a large private dock, and a pet-friendly policy, this is more than just a house; it's your personal lakeside resort. Water Fun: Complimentary use of kayaks, paddleboards, and a variety of floats and noodles. Pet-Friendly: Bring your furry friends along for the adventure! Inside the Home We've designed this split-level home to offer both togetherness and privacy. Each floor has its own entrance, kitchen, and living space. Upstairs Level Bedrooms (3): Master Suite: King bed with an in-suite bathroom, a whirlpool jacuzzi tub, and a private washer and dryer for your convenience. Bedroom 2: Queen bed with a large front-facing window. Bedroom 3: King bed with a lofted twin and cozy bean bag chairs. Living Room & Kitchen: A large, comfortable lounge area with a smart TV and a separate reading nook. We just added a working fireplace with timer for you to snuggle with friends and family! The fully-stocked "owner's kitchen" is perfect for preparing gourmet meals and comes with complimentary coffee, cream, and sugar. Screened-In Porch: This is our favorite spot! The spacious screened porch overlooks the lake with ample seating, an outdoor dining table, and a smart TV. Downstairs Level Bedrooms (2): Bedroom 4 (Master): Large king-sized bed with plenty of closet space. Bedroom 5: Large king bed with a lofted twin, perfect for families. Living Room & Kitchen: The downstairs living room features large sliding glass doors with direct access to the patio. The second fully-stocked kitchen provides additional space for meal prep. Bathroom: A full-sized bathroom with a shower-tub combo and a separate door for the toilet. Outdoor Patio: A large outdoor table for al fresco dining, along with a padded swing and a giant Connect 4 game. Outdoor & Lakefront Living Grills: A gas grill on each level, plus a shared charcoal Komodo grill for your use. Fishing: The lake is stocked with crappie, small mouth bass, blue gill, and catfish. Please note this is a catch-and-release lake, with the exception of catfish. Fire Pit: Enjoy a bonfire on the small point jutting into the lake. We provide firewood and fire starters. Water Access: Guests have complimentary access to two kayaks, two paddleboards, and noodles. Life jackets are provided in the shed by the dock. Important Notes Stairs: Please note that several sets of stairs must be used to get down to the lake due to the grading of the land. The path is automatically illuminated at night. Gas Fireplace: The gas fireplace on the upper level is currently non-functional. We are actively working to restore it. Boats: Per our HOA guidelines, powered boats are not allowed to be used by anyone other than the owners. We are not able to rent or lend out our boat. Guest access You can access the entire house and lake with dock. Dining & Drinks: Jocassee Valley Brewing (2.9 miles): The closest spot for local craft brews. Habaneros (4.7 miles): A great option for Mexican food. Crave Kitchen (5 miles): A newly opened upscale restaurant. Reservations are recommended. Two Horse Distillery (18 miles): Enjoy signature cocktails and great food. Keowee Brewing Company (21 miles): Another excellent brewery. Outdoor Adventures & State Parks: Oconee State Park (5.9 miles) Keowee-Toxaway State Park (8.2 miles) Devil's Fork State Park (7.5 miles): Provides public boat access to Lake Jocassee. Fall Creek Landing (7 miles): The closest free public boat access to Lake Keowee. Lower & Upper White Water Falls (13 & 12 miles) Upstate Zipline (8 miles) Horseback Riding at The Cliffs Equestrian Center (8.7 miles) Golf at The Cliffs at Keowee Falls (7.3 miles). Note: This is a private course, and access may be limited to club members and their guests. Fun for All Ages: Sweet Retreat (16 miles): A fun spot for go-karts, an arcade, and ice cream. Clemson Memorial Stadium (24 miles): A must-visit for football fans. Groceries & Supplies: The Lakeshop (5 miles): Closest option for basic groceries, boat supplies, and bait. Il Mercato (5.1 miles): A modern specialty market with gourmet food and coffee. Major Grocery Stores (18-22 miles): Ingles, Publix, Aldi, and Walmart are all within a 20-minute drive. House Rules & Things to Note No parties or events. No smoking inside the home. A fee will be charged if this rule is broken. Pets are allowed for a fee. Please be truthful about bringing pets. Nest Doorbell cameras are on-site. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 7 AM (per HOA), with a fee for noise complaints. Parking: Do not park in front of the trash container on the lower driveway. The trash truck will not pick up the trash if they cannot access it. Disclaimer: Guests swim, use the paddleboard and kayak, and fish at their own risk. Life jackets are provided in the shed by the dock.
