The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, microwave, coffee maker, dishwasher, and fridge, as well as all the kitchen and baking utensils you might need. 🧑‍🍳 The living room includes a very comfortable convertible sofa bed for two, two armchairs, board games, and a 140cm Smart TV with access to Netflix, YouTube, etc. 🛋️📺 The bathroom has a double sink vanity and a spacious shower. There’s a separate toilet, both located on the ground floor. 🚿🚾 Upstairs, you’ll find a quiet nook with a small sofa and several poufs, perfect for some downtime or reading. 📚 You’ll also find two very spacious bedrooms, each over 20m², both featuring a large wardrobe and plenty of storage space. One room is furnished with a 160x200cm double bed and a small desk area. 🖇️🛏️ The other room has a 160x200cm double bed and a bunk bed with two single 90x200cm beds. 🛏️ Parking is free and large enough to accommodate even long or bulky vehicles. 🚗🚛 Bed linens and towels are provided. 🧺 Guest access You have access to the entire accommodation. Other things to note 🔒 Security & Peace of Mind To ensure your safety, an outdoor security camera is installed at the entrance of the property. It covers only the parking area and the main access. There are no cameras inside the property, ensuring your full privacy.
