Rauha Riverhouse

Welcome you to the Rauha Riverhouse (Finnish for peace). Located just west of Llano, TX, this is the perfect jumping off spot for hill country adventures or for a few days resting and enjoying the nature. This riverfront property offers direct access to the Llano river via a sandy beach. The trail to the river (vibrant with wildflowers in the spring) offers a firepit, cowboy pool and viewing deck complete with swings. We can't wait to share this piece of paradise with you! The space Rauha Riverhouse is a two-story home with floor-to-ceiling windows facing the Llano River. The home includes a large kitchen, dining, and living room space on the first floor with a fire place, library nook under the stairs, and Starlink wifi. You'll find two bedrooms with queen beds downstairs. Heading upstairs to the loft, you'll find an office space, pull-out couch, and the another bedroom with a king bed and a private balcony. The kitchen is stocked with everything you might need to cook. In addition, we have an air fryer, microwave, Aarke Carbonator to make your own sparkling water, and dishwasher. Upstairs in the loft, you'll find the washer and dryer. Heading outside, the home has a deck equipped with a grill, outside dining table, Adirondack chairs, and sun umbrellas. A winding trail will bring you to the fire pit and a Cowboy Pool. As you continue down the property's walking trail, you'll find a river viewing deck with tree swings before reaching the river beach at the end of the trail. The property has four kayaks with paddles for you to enjoy a float on the river as well as camping chairs, coolers, a fishing pole, Spike Ball, and the game of washers. There's plenty to do outside here at the Rauha Riverhouse! Guest access The front door has a Smart Lockbox hanging from the door handle. You'll receive the code for the lockbox 24-48 hours before your arrival. Inside the lockbox, you'll find the front door key to let yourselves in. Please be sure to lock up and put the key back in the lockbox when you leave.
