Welcome to our vacation home in the heart of the historic city of Arucas in Gran Canaria! The house is 70m2 and has been recently renovated with love and affection, maintaining its original charm since the house at an architectural level has to preserve its original state. It is located close to all the shops, restaurants and museums. Enjoy as a family or just as a couple of the wonderful views of the city's palm grove. 5km from the beach and 30min from the airport. Annual Temp 20c° The space Our apartment is located in the center of Arucas, only a 2-minute walk to the beautiful pedestrian zone, but still quietly located by the park. It offers you a spacious kitchen with high ceilings and old stone walls. The kitchenette includes toaster, coffee machine, two hotplates, oven, kettle, etc. The bathroom with window has a walk-in shower, hairdryer and cozy towels ready for you. Adjacent to the kitchen is our veranda, the living room area with a comfortable sofa and views of the green city park. From here you can step directly onto the outdoor terrace, where you can sit outside at the great temperatures in Arucas at any time. A small table and chairs invite you to stay. The bedroom with its high ceiling and king size bed invites you to relax. There is a wardrobe, hangers and drop-off facilities here, with blackout curtains for the large window. We ask that our guests keep in mind that this is a listed building that has been restored with a lot of love for the Detais, and today with its authentic wooden floor.
