Step into a custom tile shower or soak in the deep tub, either way, it’s relaxing and a bright & cheery place. Keep it simple with sitting chairs and a beautiful private outdoor patio, w/ a dining table and sofas for you to relax and read your favorite novel or take a dip in the pool. The Suite is peaceful and centrally-located in downtown Historic Yreka. The space A spacious and inviting 320sqft master en-suite in downtown Yreka. King sized bed with cotton sheets, cozy blankets and soft pillows. The room has a mini split for your added comfort for you to control. Large casement windows face East and provide soft morning light. The bathroom includes a custom tile shower, freestanding soaking tub, and walk in closet. Take the french doors to the back yard patio to enjoy your quiet evenings listening to the sounds of the fountain or take a late night dip in the 12’ deep diving swimming pool (seasonal enjoyment offered June-October -please confirm). Use of the pool is $10 per person. Please let the owner know that you’d like the use of the swimming pool during your stay. Cash on site during your stay is appreciated. Towels are provided. This is a great place to wind down and relax. Located in the heart of the Historic District and one block from the city park. Within 1 minute, you can be sipping a cup of tea at our local favorite, Zephyr’s Coffee! Enjoy your afternoon walking through the beautiful Miner Street downtown area to dine at a variety of restaurants. A local favorite in town is the Miner Street Meat Market. Order a tri-tip sandwich and a cold soft drink, and make sure to say hello to Ken & the Crew!! Greenhorn Park is 2.6 miles S of the studio, which has a beautiful paved walking/jogging path which is 1 mile. There are multiple miles of mountain bike trials, hiking trails, and its beauty is much to be appreciated. Guest access Master en-suite with master bathroom. Separate entrance through a gate at the driveway. Direct access to the back yard patio and swimming pool area. During your stay Text, Call or Email Brenda with any questions along your trip! Reminder: the swimming pool/back yard area is a shared space for guests to enjoy! Please be respectful if other guests are enjoying the outdoor area. Absolutely no smoking or vaping on the property. Please be cautious when drinking from glass bottles, glasses, or containers. Other things to note The driveway is shared with a tenant in the main house. Sunny Bee guests parking is available on the street. We ask our guests to pull forward facing East and park near the power pole along North Street, you will see a Yard Windmill in the grass, please park there.
