This charming house welcomes you for a pleasant stay. Enjoy its beautiful enclosed garden, its terrace equipped for relaxing moments, deckchairs at your disposal Another asset of this gîte: its location with the friendly shops of Vaudreuil, a small town of character, in a very natural "village" atmosphere with the river, the Voie Verte, the golf course and a little further away the leisure center, the animal park and the ornithological reserve. The space Clémentière is a simply ideal holiday home! Marie and Bertrand have furnished this old outbuilding on their property with the concern for your comfort and well-being: space, a warm decor mixing the character of the building, exposed stones and bricks, terracotta, with current codes, bright rooms with garden views, and well thought-out equipment. The real plus: a top leisure component with lots of board games for the interior, a library for young and old, a stereo with a collection of vinyls, DVDs, lots of games for children, foosball, ... and on the garden side, more games but also relaxing furniture. On the ground floor, entrance to the kitchen, functional and very well-equipped. Large bright living room with beautiful stone and brick walls and exposed beams: comfortable dining area and real cocoon living room perfect for relaxing: lots of board games, books, DVD and stereo with a nice collection of vinyls. Separate toilet with sink. Two stairs for access to the upper floor: on one side the double bedroom (bed in 160 x 200) and the bathroom with toilet, on the other the large bedroom with classic double bed and 2 single beds; also full of children's games, a foosball table and an electric organ. The 2 bedrooms are connected by a few steps. You can enjoy a large garden just for you of about 1500 m², with a terrace in front of the cottage. Parking is shared with the owners. Lots of outdoor games: swing set, small slide, badminton, ping-pong, petanque... Guest access Accessible by the A13 motorway or by Val-de-Reuil train station.
