Welcome to ZenAdobe in Mason, 6 mins from Kings Island and 2 mins away from major marketplaces. This house is tucked in a lush, tree-lined fenced backyard, this serene home offers a 33-ft pool and a private hot tub. For kids we offer game room with AirHockey, Foosball Table and BigScreen TV with Xbox to play their favorite games. This property has a private parking for up to 4 midsize cars. It features King Bedroom with 1 King Bed, Kids Bedroom with 2 Full Beds and a Queen suite with 1 Queen Bed The space Pets are not allowed on the property. No exceptions. Camera in front yard and backyard of property, this is required by our insurance. Pool is seasonal - May to October Mid. HotTub will be operational all year long. (Except during maintenance) Warnings signs for safety are posted around the pool and HotTub. Please make sure to follow the rules. The guests are responsible for their own safety and their kids. Living Room - The sofa pull out bed can be used for sleeping. There is a mattress topper in the closet next to living room. If you need a separate mattress, then please request that through the Airbnb app. Kitchen - The Kitchen has basic cooking items like pots, pans, baking trays, bread toaster, Ninja Mixer and Smoothie maker, knife cutting board, kitchen towel, oven mittens, mixing bowls, Glasses plates and bowls. The refrigerator has built in ICE maker. There are 2 types of coffee maker in the kitchen - Keurig coffee maker, Coffee supplies kept in the kitchen. Drip Coffee maker, Coffee supplies such as filters, sugar and creamer also kept in the kitchen cabinets. Note - Food groceries/supplies for cooking food is not provided. Kroger is 2-3 mins away where all the needed items can be purchased. Guest access Guests can use the whole property. The house, the seasonal pool, seasonal hottub, the deck, fireplace and the kids favorite, The GameRoom shed (non heated, not insulated) The shed can be accessed from the backyard next to the swimming pool. There is a padlock on the shutter, which has a code. That code can be found in the check in instructions section of your booking. Garage is not accessible to guests. Other things to note Hosting parties or large gathering is not permitted. Unauthorized gatherings will result in immediate notification to the Airbnb Safety Team and local authorities. Please respect the peaceful nature of this neighborhood.
