Relax with the whole family in this peaceful home. There is something for both adults and children. In our heart, you will find a place for everyone to unwind, with large grassy areas to move around. A main building and three outhouses, one of which is an old barn. With lake and sea just a few kilometers away and forest areas and fields outside the house, there are also many lovely walking paths. The space In our idyll you will find a plot of 1.2 hectares with large outdoor living areas to move around. With fields around with only one neighbor 150 meters away you experience a relaxing environment. Outdoor: Outdoors, you'll find a solid outdoor kitchen with a gas grill, cupola grill, and frying pot. Behind the barn is a wooden deck with gaze out over fields at sunset. Also a playroom with tree house, swing and trampoline. With about 1-5 km, there is proximity to Ica Jämjö, lake and sea and a fantastic walking path around Ferskeesjön or the nature reserve. Lots of flea markets around. Accodommation: In the main cabin there is a bedroom with a double bed (there are mattresses to put on the floor if desired as well) In the guesthouse is upstairs a 210 bed and a 90 bed. Downstairs is a pull out couch that turns into double bed. There is a double bed in the guest house. The main house and guest house are equipped with water, only the main house with toilet and shower. Duvet and pillows are available for all sleeping facilities Bed linens are not available, this is brought by the guest. Bathroom: Small bathroom with toilet, sink and shower (hot water). The main cabin: In the main cabin there is an equipped kitchen with kitchen utensils and fridge, freezer in the guesthouse. Dining area for 6 people and living room with two sofas and TV. Cromecast and wifi to connect to TV. Parking: There is a lot of space for parking. Cleaning: Cleaning is done by those who rent and detergent, vacuum cleaner and wet dryer.
