The space This space is located just a short walk or bike ride from downtown Fairhope and Fairhope Park on Mobile Bay! Explore wonderful shopping and eating with the provided bicycles and enjoy the heart of Fairhope! This unit includes 1 king bed and 2 twin beds along with a spacious couch. Out back is a spacious back yard and a private covered patio with its own entry. There are 3 smart TVs located in the spacious living area as well as each bedroom. Stepping out of the dining area you will find the secluded back porch and grilling area. Amenities include: • Fully equipped kitchen • Private back patio with grill • Full size laundry room with washer and dryer • Smart TVs located throughout • Spacious king size master bedroom This home is pet friendly(please read all rules) • Pets must be disclosed before arrival • A nonrefundable pet fee of $50 per night will be charged • The $50 per night fee will be requested from you after your reservation is accepted and must be paid within 24 hours of booking Please clean up the yard after your pet! NO PETS ON THE FURNITURE. Any damage done to any of the furniture or structure will be billed directly to you. The owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. Owners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise. Guest access You will have access to a full size laundry room with separate access through the garage. There are keypads on both doors with individual codes for the guest to enter and exit. Other things to note The other half of this duplex is located above the listed unit and is occupied by the host. I will be able to answer any questions and make sure everything goes smoothly during your stay to ensure you have a wonderful experience!
