Welcome to our spacious 2-room apartment, which is ideal for a city trip to Berlin or to enjoy the Brandenburg nature and live in a relaxed atmosphere. The apartment is 72 square meters and modernly furnished. In 10 minutes you can reach 2 highways. Berlin is about 30 minutes away by car or train. The train station is a 7-minute walk to get to Berlin or the surrounding area. Parking is available on the street in front of the house free of charge. The space The apartment is close to the city center and has an impressive entrance area. The bathroom is modernly decorated and has a walk-in shower and a bathtub. In the bedroom there is a desk as a workplace as well as a double bed, which can optionally be provided as 2 single beds. The living room has a flat-screen TV and a large corner couch, which allows 2 more sleeping places when pulled out. The living room and bedroom are separated by a historic sliding door. The dining area is located in the fully equipped kitchen. Internet for home office and TV is also available. Linens and towels are included. Guest access The apartment is located in a two-family house and has a separate entrance. 8 steps with handrail lead to the apartment. Other things to note Velten is a relaxed place to stay, located at the gates of Berlin. Many nice restaurants, snacks, ice cream cafes, bakeries and supermarkets are within walking distance. Thus, the sights in Berlin and the surrounding area can be easily reached without the hustle and bustle of the capital and still enjoyed in peace. In the surrounding area is the Veltenen Furnace Museum, an outdoor playground (3-minute walk), an indoor playground (10-minute drive), Oranienburg Palace with its palace park, the Germendorf Animal Park with lake, the Tower Adventure City with swimming pool, a climbing park, many bike paths as well as all the sights in Berlin and the natural surroundings of the Brandenburg region. For a 30-minute bike ride or 10 minutes by car, an excursion to Lake Bernstein with beach and wakeboarding facility is recommended.
