Our crooked little beach cottage is cozy, affordable, & pet-friendly. Perfect for your next beach vacation! Just 1 mile from Evangola State Park & Lake Erie Beach. Beach clubs, restaurants, bike & kayak rentals, golf course, fishing charters within 5 miles. Our home offers the perfect base located 30 minutes from Bills Stadium, BUF Airport, Downtown Buffalo, & 1 hour from Niagara Falls, Skiing, & Letchworth State Park. Nestled in a family-friendly neighborhood with lots of adventures close by. The space Our cozy crooked cottage, spans approximately 900 square feet. It features two cozy bedrooms located conveniently next to each other, ideal for families or small groups. one bedroom has a queen size bed, small dresser, closet and TV. The other has a full size and twin bed, dresser and TV. The inviting living room offers a sofa, two comfortable chairs, and an electric fireplace, perfect for relaxing evenings or playing board games. The eat-in kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee maker, air fryer, cooking utensils, pots and pans, serving dishes, spices, basically everything you need except food to cook and enjoy a home cooked meal. Our dining table seats six. For your convenience, there's an on-site washer and dryer. The cottage includes one full bathroom bathtub and shower. We have shampoo, conditioner and body wash for use during your stay. Step outside to enjoy a small backyard complete with a deck, outdoor seating, and a fire pit for gathering under the stars. Please note our cottage has settled over time, leading to some sticking doors during humid weather. All appliances are in good working order, but are a little older. Located close to several beaches and parks. Come experience the warmth and character of our older cottage, a perfect retreat for your getaway. Wildlife Notice: Our cottage is nestled close to the lake and bordered by a wooded lot. As a result, you may encounter various wildlife, including deer, squirrels, raccoons, skunks, mice, spiders, and flying insects. We have a professional exterminator visit monthly to help manage these creatures, but we cannot guarantee you will not see them during your stay. Thank you for your understanding as we embrace the beauty of nature! Guest access Guest have access to the entire cottage, backyard and driveway for parking 2 vehicles. It also has 1 step to enter back door and 3 steps to enter front door. Our cottage is older and has settled over time, floors slope in some areas and some doors may stick during humid weather.
