The Woodburn House B&B is a spacious and serene painted lady in a quaint walkable National Register Historic District four miles from Rte 81. We’re small, hosting only one group of guests at a time. Stay steps from the Cumberland Valley Rail Trail, Green Ridge Village, Big Spring fly fishing, and the neighborhood microbrewery and diner. Enjoy charming common spaces, a full farm-to-table breakfast, large bedrooms, off-street parking, front and back porch seating, and a private fenced-in yard. The space The Woodburn House is an 1895 Queen Anne Victorian bed and breakfast that takes only one group of guests at a time. On the first floor, you'll find the entry parlor, common living room with FireTV, dining room with coffee & tea station, mini fridge and microwave, as well as a bathroom. The private second floor guest area has three bedrooms—two are queen, the other contains two twin beds—and a large bathroom with tub/shower. Guest access In addition to the second floor bedrooms and bath, you’re free to enjoy the first floor parlor, living room with FireTV, and dining room with coffee station, mini fridge/freezer, and microwave 24/7. During your stay I look forward to welcoming you and serving you a full farm-to-table breakfast during your stay. I live in the property and am also available via cellphone throughout your stay. I’m happy to share the history of the house and to make recommendations for places to eat and things to do. There is also a guest binder with that information in the dining room.
