Private bedroom with attached full bath in a peaceful location centrally-located in Flowers Plantation. Close to Novo Nordisk and Smithfield. Minutes from waterfront walking paths, groceries, nail and hair salons, and restaurants, along with close access to the greenway. A short 8 miles from lively Downtown Clayton where there’s numerous drinking establishments, live music, coffee shop, weekend farmers market, and eateries of all kinds. The space Detached 2 story, single family home with single vehicle parking on left side of driveway. Guest access Second floor single room with queen size bed and direct access to private bathroom. Washer and dryer available with notice. Kitchen is available to guests with notice. Please note, I have an open floor plan and do live here. I allow cooking and eating in the kitchen area, but it’s not expected to be available at all hours for guests to hang out. Private, fenced in backyard with covered table and seating area is available also. During your stay I am most available through the app with any needs. I will greet you and give you a tour if I’m available when you check in and will chat with you if you’re interested and have questions about the area. Other things to note I have a medium-sized, hypoallergenic, Goldendoodle who loves attention and is very friendly though shy at the initial interaction. She has free range of the home and yard and is only kenneled at night in the main living space. She will be interested in you if she sees you but does not have access to the room/bathroom you’re in. There is no smoking in or on the property. This includes all smoking and vaping devices. There are no illegal drugs allowed in or on the property also. If you have 2 people in your party, I expect you to be traveling together. I do not allow the additional guest of the party to be in the home without you.
