Newly Remodeled/ with Private pool This newly remodeled house on a quiet corner has new appliances and a remodeled kitchen and bathrooms. The house is very spacious with natural lighting throughout the house. Enjoy the day by the pool or just stay in… all 3 rooms have air conditioning and there are ceiling fans throughout the house also relax with an entertainment area that has free WiFi and cable tv on a 55 inch television The space The house has 3 bedrooms, the first is the master bedroom (gray bed) this room has its own bathroom inside. Room #2 (white bed) has a king size bed and a twin day bed and is the most spacious of all the bedrooms in the house and lastly the 3rd room has one queen size bed along with a twin size bed and has great lighting throughout the day. The living room has 2 ceiling fans that allow for great circulation of air while sitting back and enjoying a big screen 55 inch television with google tv and all the channels that you enjoy as well as movies for a quiet night at home. Finally the patio/pool area is all you’ve dreamed of while on vacation an area of the house that will surely be everyone’s favorite. Guest access Guest can access any part of the house with the exception of one room ( 4th room next to the outside bathroom) that is locked and is considered the only private area in the house. Other things to note All children must be supervised by an adult while in the pool. The pool is estimated to be approximately 4ft 9 inches to almost 5 feet so kids must be able to swim . THIS IS NOT A KIDS POOL. Pool area can be closed off so there can be no access to it. There are two doors on the outside of the house that accesses the pool area that can be locked off as well as a the two doors inside the house one in the kitchen and one the goes to the patio both with pad locks, allows for extra security during the night knowing that the area is closed off to everyone.
