Built in 1880, and located in downtown Lancaster’s central business district, the ‘Conestoga House’ is adjacent to the Fulton Theater and just a few minutes walk to the Central Market and Lancaster’s Convention Center. The area is well known for it's colonial architecture, as well as its many restaurants, galleries and breweries. The space The ‘Conestoga House’ is located in the heart of Lancaster’s historic district, directly behind The Fulton Theater and adjacent to Gallery Row. This two bedroom, one and a half bath home was original to Lancaster, and built as an 1880’s row-home. The home has been beautifully restored with tasteful touches across an open and inviting layout. The main level includes a fully equipped kitchen, adjacent dining area, half-bath, and a spacious living room with a leather couch and 65” Smart TV. The home has business class Xfinity internet. Exiting the living room area, guests will find a small private outdoor patio, just perfect for entertaining even on cooler evenings. Up the stairs to the second floor, there's the master bedroom and bathroom with a full-size washer & dryer and open hallway that looks down upon the first floor. Follow the stairs to the third level, and there is a light-filled loft bedroom furnished with a leather chair and queen-size bed. The space is professionally cleaned and cared for, and our team works to ensure your experience in staying with us is the absolute very best. Guest access Guests have private access to the entire home across three floors, as well as the exterior patio. There are two bedrooms and one and a half bathrooms Other things to note *** THE BASICS *** a. FIRE EXTINGUISHER - located below the kitchen sink b. EMERGENCIES - Dial 911, then contact Airbnb c. ELECTRONIC KEYED ENTRY - located on the front door (see Airbnb check-in link) d. INTERNET/WIFI - Access to Netflix, Amazon, Xfinity through the app e. CABLE - Xfinity high-speed internet connection f. RECYCLING - Yellow lid container located off the side of home. g. TRASH - Place any bagged trash to be thrown away in the receptacles. If trash can is full, place trash next to receptacles. h. HEAT/AC - Central heating and air conditioning i. QUIET HOURS - The row home has shared walls with our neighbors and other apartment homes on the premise. Please be mindful of quiet hours between 9:00 PM and 8:00AM. j. ADDITIONAL GUESTS - The home can accommodate up to four guests. For accurate pricing, ensure the number of guests staying in the home are represented in your reservation. k. PARKING - Visitor parking permits are available in front of the home on Water St. for $2 per day. Please register your vehicle online prior to your arrival via the Lancaster Parking Authority website. Once registered, you can park at any metered parking space on Water St. for the days purchased. Sundays and holidays do not require permits. Secure covered parking is also available one and a half blocks away in the Prince Street Parking Garage located at 111 N. Prince St. The cost is $15 for every 24 hour period.
