Franklin Memorial Hospital is nearby, and Sugarloaf and Rangeley are under an hour away. Stocked with essentials for a comfortable stay, it’s an ideal spot to explore Maine or relax with family and friends. Pets are welcomed! The space Five acres of fields and woods and 2 streams of pure bliss and loveliness is here for you to enjoy and explore. The house is stocked well with all the goodies you will need for a comfortable stay. Dark night skies will leave you breathless at the brightness of the stars. If you are coming to the Farmington area to visit friends or family this is the place for you! You can bring your ATVs and ride away right from the driveway for your adventures! Super fast internet will allow you to work remotely as well. * Enjoy staying in our 1840s recently renovated farmhouse in Temple, Maine, a short and beautiful drive to downtown Farmington. * Enjoy the beautiful beams and amazing architecture. * Always fresh and updated. * Memory foam mattresses will help you have a great night of sleep. * Bedrooms have their own smart TVs. (no cable) * Enjoy a soak in the deep bathtub in the bathroom. * Half bathroom with washer and dryer. * Washer and dryer available with non-scented laundry detergent - included in house. * Sit and relax with a beautiful view with a fire pit. Just let us know if you would like us to leave some wood! * Warm, full kitchen with all cooking utensils, pots, pans, baking sheets, and dishes. * Plates, bowls, glasses, silverware, wine glasses, also paper goods, plasticware, and cups available. * Crock pot available. * Blender available. * Toaster available. * Coffee bar with a Kuerig as well as French Press coffee maker, coffee pods, creamer, and sweeteners provided. * Lots of fun surprises and extras. * It's an old Maine farmhouse so the floors are a little slanty and wonky in places. Nothing to alarm though! * We do have 2 honey bee hives on the property. They keep to themselves and flowers. It’s ok to watch them from a distance, just not in the front of their hives or too close. They are fascinating creatures! Guest access The house and lawn, fields, are all yours for exploring. The basement door is locked for safety reasons. Lots of free off street parking for multiple vehicles and trailers for ATVs or snowmobiles. Leave right from the driveway on your ATV! Jump on your ATV or snowmobile right from the house. Road riding for ATVs is allowed in Temple! Great for biking and walking as well. Short drive of 10 minutes to downtown Farmington. 45 minutes to Sugarloaf and Saddleback. Multiple golf courses within an hour drive or less. Other things to note Let us know if you have any special requests! We want to make your stay the best of the best! Happy Moosing!
