Les Belles Ouvrières Vintage Chalet, air-conditioned

This chalet is located 10 minutes from the Zoo de la Flèche and 30 minutes from the Le Mans 24h circuit. This home has a total capacity for 5 people with one floor. It is equipped with a fitted kitchen, a living room with a three-seater sofa, two poufs and a 55 inch connected flat screen, a shower room and an independent toilet. Upstairs, the rooms served are two bedrooms equipped with a 140*200 bed each, and a sleeping area with an 80*200 bed. The space Vintage chalet in the spirit of the 70s, with colors full of pep, is located near the river Loir, and close to the greenway for walks with family or friends, where you can border the banks of the Loir and discover the lakes of La Monnerie, authentic landscapes, fauna and flora preserved to safeguard species that are real places to walk or bike. All shops are a 5-minute drive away. Indoor facilities: Dolcé Gusto coffee maker, kettle, toaster, microwave oven, hob, extractor hood, steam cooker and raclette set. Outdoor equipment: garden furniture (5 armchairs and 2 small tables), dining table + bench and chairs. We supply towels, bath mats, sponges, washing-up liquid, hand-washing liquid, tea towels, welcome capsules for coffee, tea, sugar, toilet paper. Free private parking, as well as a charging station for electric cars, and a bike room with key box for our hikers. A welcome guide is also available in the accommodation to help you make the most of your stay. Other things to note We offer breakfast: Per adult, a "full" breakfast at €7.90/day (Tea, coffee, chocolate, bread, croissant, honey, sugar, nutella, jam, milk, orange juice yogurt, butter) and Per child, a breakfast at €4.90 (milk, chocolate, orange juice and croissant) Fresh produce will be in your home's fridge on the day you arrive. Bread and baked goods are delivered every morning from 7:30 AM, in the "breakfast" box located at the accommodation.
