This house is rented to those who seek tranquility in a place that they can enjoy and care for as if it were their own. The space The house is in Punta Larga, just behind the Patagonia Virgin condominium and is located on a one-hectare plot. The land is sloping and the house is located in the upper part (where you arrive in the car), so it has very wide views over the bay of Frutillar, as if it were a balcony. On the slope grows a renewal of native forest with a small path that allows you to walk to the lower part. The house has generous light and sun until the last minute of the afternoon, it is not cold! It has a small terrace at the exit of the living room and a more rustic area a few steps down with a stove, grill and a long table to make lunches under the shade of the trees. Thor is medium to small and Loki is a dachshund, both live outside and are extremely affectionate with everyone. They are not good as caregivers!...but as friends they are, and they don't give any work.
