Our three bedroom and three and a half bathroom home has all the space you’ll need! Conveniently located, it’s just minutes from downtown Leesburg and just a short drive from the town squares of the Villages! The space Outside you’ll be greeted by a grand circular driveway and covered car port for two vehicles. Inside you’ll find a long entryway that leads you to the primary bedroom with en-suite and dedicated workspace for those who need to work on the go. Across from there you’ll enter a cozy living room space where your family and friends can curl up for a movie night or follow your favorite game. There you’ll also find wide sliding glass doors with spectacular views of the lake from the living and dining rooms. Off the living room you’ll find a dining room and full, luxurious chef’s kitchen where you can whip up your favorite meals to impress. There’s even a pot filler right above the gas range! Not feeling the urge to cook, there’s plenty of space at the gargantuan island counter and the dining room for you to enjoy your favorite takeout and delivery. From there you’ll find a completely decked out game room! Classic arcade machines await with other favorite classics like basketball, air hockey, and skee-ball if you’re feeling competitive on vacation. Off the game room you’ll find two more bedrooms with their own en suite bathrooms to relax in and a full laundry room for longer stays! The home has all the space and privacy your group needs! Out those large sliding glass doors there is a spacious screened in back porch where you can dine alfresco, grill out or lounge to soak in the gorgeous lake view! You’ll even find some outdoor games like badminton and croquet. From there you’ll find our dock that has its own, full outdoor kitchen where you can cook and take in all the natural outdoor beauty to your hearts desire.
