A fee is charged for each guest. See the location map. We are 6 minutes from the beach by car or bicycle or 25 minutes on foot Visitors pay an entrance fee of $100 pesos per person per day and does not include the night Parking is on the street; Mahahual is very safe, there are usually no incidents The space The house is on a 1200 m2 lot with a 600 m2 garden where the area for making bonfires and roasting meat is located. There is a palapa with tables and chairs where you can organize, enjoy and socialize, all this next to the pool I recently opened the doors of my house to receive guests so I'm just starting out, there are areas that are being decorated and there is a lot to do to make the whole house 100 percent decorated. You'll see groups of things that need to be installed, paint cans, tools, wooden sticks, buckets, etc. that are near the pool. You can ask my Alexa for the music you like in the pool. Take care of her! I have bicycles for rent at 150 pesos per day each. The house is surrounded by undeveloped lots, within a sparsely populated but safe subdivision, so it feels isolated or surrounded by vegetation. The streets in Mahahual are poorly lit, don't step in the puddles, there may be some animals. Guest access Guests will have shared use of the outdoor pool area, garden, campfire area, meat grill and 360 m2 terrace I have 3 bicycles for rent at an additional cost of 150 Mexican pesos per day each During your stay Feel free to look for me at any time in the Airbnb app. It's a pleasure for me to help you and make your stay in Mahahual safer, more comfortable and more enjoyable. Other things to note Parking is on the street. Mahahual is very safe, and there are usually no incidents. The house is 6 minutes from the beach by car or 25 minutes on foot. The third bed will be provided from the 5th guest. If you need it to be provided even if there are fewer guests, you can gladly ask me before your arrival, at no extra cost. In the house you will find an iguana named Godzilla. She is not from the region. She was rescued in Mexico City 9 years ago and has permission from SEMARNAT. She is in her cage and should not be let out, nor fed. If you see a toad or frog, they are not poisonous, but preferably do not grab them, they and the lizards are our insect control staff, be careful not to step on them. We fumigate every week to make your stay more comfortable. You'll also always have an insecticide in your room and fly swatters. However, remember that you are in the Mayan jungle. If you find any insect, scorpion, spider, tarantula, snake or other animal, keep calm, walk away and let me know. My son and I will go quickly to save it and place it in the vegetation outside the house. Remember that we are the invaders; this is their habitat. In Mahahual, the flies are very respectful of their schedule, while the sun rises in the morning and when the sun sets in the afternoon, outside of those hours, you can use a light repellent or your favorite perfume and the flies will not bother you. The room has mosquito nets. Keep the door closed so that the flies don't get in, and I'll leave you anti-fly plates anyway in case you need them. If you feel like having a coffee, or need water to drink, feel free to ask me. I'll be happy to bring it to you at no cost. On the terrace, enjoy the starry sky. Because the house is a bit isolated, it is surrounded by high vegetation. Being in the middle of the jungle in a safe subdivision, the experience will remain in your heart. Welcome!
