New sweet room near airport & beach !

Hola everybody! Welcome to Carrizal, a little town just 5 minutes away from the airport, situated right in the middle of the island, 20 minutes from the capital Las Palmas and 20 minutes from the south part of the island. This place is perfect for those who are coming to Gran Canaria looking for real peace and relaxation. The room is very spacious with a big bed and a little balcony, the house is very pretty and only a 20-minute-walk from El Burrero beaches: also very quiet and not touristic ;-) The space The house is very pleasant, a fully equipped kitchen is available to everybody. It has a nice salon with sofa and TV, a very strong internet connection, a spacious bathroom and 2 bedrooms. The room you rent has a TV , a little balcony where you can smoke if you are a smoker (it's not allowed to smoke in other parts of the house, thank you ;)) and a small table with chair if you need to work or study or whatever. The building has a lift, although the apartment in only on the 3 floor. Since this is also the top floor, quietness is fully guaranteed ;-) Guest access Every guest is more than welcome to use any space of the apartment. You will be provided with everything you need to have a pleasant stay, such as bathroom items and kitchen utensils. In the island the tap water is not very safe to drink, altough we had installed a Water Filtration System ( Bbagua Ósmosis Inversa ) which make it absolutely safe and drinkable :) Respect for the house and neighbours, common sense and leaving everything as it's found is the only requirement asked of you. No doubt that you will absolutely feel like home then :-) During your stay Giovanni, the other guy who lives in the apartment, will be happy to help and fix every issue that may occur like early/late check-in, details about the place or the island, what to do and what not to do, etc., etc. :-) Other things to note The little town of Carrizal is located in a very strategic point of the island, super easy to reach from the airport (only 5 minutes away by taxi or bus), and 20 minutes from the capital of Las Palmas. It's also very close to other points of interest of Gran Canaria like Playa d'Inglés, Maspalomas, Mogan etc., etc. As you can see from the pictures , the house is only a 20-minute-walk from El Burrero beach ( if you feel lazy that day, bus N.85 bring you there in 5 minutes for 1.40€ ;) , where you will find not one but two beaches connected to one another, both very beautiful. These beaches are always very quiet, perfect for those who want to have a good time and relax at the beach without being disturbed. In general this wonderful house is perfect for those who want to escape the daily rut and stress and who look forward to fully enjoy their time and get as much rest as possible. To complete the quietness Carrizal has to offer, you won't find nightlife in town like clubs or discotheques, Altough a few steps away you will find differents restaurants, bars, supermarkets, parks , pharmacies, etc. As mentioned before, the town is well-connected and the bus stop is only a 5-minute- walk. Renting a car or a scooter is obviously a good idea for the days in which you want to visit other parts of the island, free parking are all around the building.
