Security cam at front door. Pack&Play on request. Ottoman converts to small bed suitable for child/teen. Sorry, no pets! The space You enter into the living room and see straight ahead into the hallway and hall bathroom beyond. To the right, from the front door, you see a workspace desk&chair in the area beyond and open to the living room. There's also an ottoman there, that folds out to a cot-sized bed providing a fifth sleeping space for a small adult or child. Walking into the hall, you'll see to the left, 2 bedroom entrances, one back towards the front of the house, and the primary in the rear. Inside the primary, you'll see the ensuite and walk-in shower. Bedroom to the front has a large closet. In the hallway and to the right is the entry to the large, fully-equipped kitchen and dining area w table & 4 chairs. In the far back corner, a half bath. And next to that, entry into the laundry/pantry, and back door access. In the dining area opposite the half bath, the room is open into the workspace and living room. Lots of windows for lots of light if desired. Ceiling fans in both bedrooms, workspace, and living room. Ideal for long or short term stays, and centrally located and just minutes away to pretty much anything in New Bern, and less than 45 minutes to beautiful beaches and the Aquarium, plus Cherry Point and Croatan National Forest. Guest access During your stay, "mi casa es su casa!" You have full access with no areas off-limits. Other things to note Electronic key access at front door. Enter your 4 digit PIN in the keypad, then press the ultraloq button at base of keypad. The deadbolt mechanism will beep and slide to unlock. To lock the door on exiting the cottage, simply press the ultraloq button once, without your PIN. Ottoman in living room extension folds out to a comfortable bed for a child, teen, or smaller adult. If you need this, let me know and I'll provide linens for it. Please note that it may take a couple of minutes to get hot water in the kitchen sink, as it seems to be at the very farthest point from the hot water heater!
