MINIMUM 5 NIGHTS IN JANUARY The apartment is close to the beach, it is very cozy and functional. It has accommodations for 8 people, 7 in the bedrooms and one on the sofa bed. It is on the top floor, from the balcony of one of the bedrooms overlooks the beach, the condominium offers a parking space. This beach has a large stretch of sand and is very wooded, with several entertainment options such as banana boats, boat rides and others. There is a restaurant, market and others all close by. The neighborhood is excellent. The space No bed/bath linen and pillows are provided Other things to note THE POWER IS 220V. The keys will be delivered by the caretaker. There are no protective screens on the windows. Bed/bath linen and pillows are not provided. There are stairs to access the apartment and inside as well. PET IS NOT ALLOWED. For check-in the tolerance limit is until 8pm, outside of that time an additional fee will be charged. For early check-in or late check-out requests there is also a fee.
