A perfect location for visiting the university, enjoying game day weekends, or exploring the surrounding lakes and forests. The space The Clemson Blue House features a full kitchen with pots, pans, spices, a Keurig, French press, and a drip coffee maker. There is a full dining room and a den with a TV and Roku. Sliding glass doors open to a back deck overlooking a seasonal shade garden. There is also a 1/2 bath off of the den. Upstairs are 2 bedrooms, each with their own TV, and 1 full bath, shared between the bedrooms. One bedroom features a brand new king sized bed, and the other bedroom has a brand new queen sized bed. Brand new bedding and towels are provided. There is also a washer and dryer. Guest access Guests have access to entire house except for two owner's storage closets.
