This beautiful home sits on 20 acres in Sonoita, AZ. There are plenty of wineries in the area, and a tour can be arranged if you like. The space This home has recently been painted through-out and has new window blinds. You can have your coffee and watch the sun rise over the Whetstone Mountains on the back patio. The evening sun sets on the Santa Rita Mountains, which you can enjoy with a glass of wine on the front patio. There is a four-stall barn, walk-out stalls, two dry lots, Nelson waterers and plenty of areas to ride. Your dog(s) can easily access the newly fenced back yard through the recently installed doggy door, off the dining area. BOOKING REQUIREMENTS : 1- No parties or events of any kind. 2- The home is equipped for six people. No unapproved/unchecked guests may stay overnight. 3- No smoking (Sonoita is in a fire hazard area). 4- If any of this occurs, your stay will canceled with no questions and no refunds. Guest access You are welcome to use the property, with the exception of any locked rooms, (one in the master bedroom and two in the barn). We just ask that you are respectful of the neighbors, etc. Other things to note If you plan to bring dogs/horses, please note that this property is rural and high desert. As such, we have critters prowling around such as coyotes, javalena, skunks, rattlesnakes, etc. While most of our wildlife isn't interested in interacting with your animals, it is advisable to vaccinate your pets for rabies, rattlesnakes, etc. We allow up to two dogs and two horses (additional horses would need to be approved). Pasture grazing is currently unavailable.
