Meander along Berkeley's picturesque neighborhood paths to these locations. 30 minute BART ride to San Francisco. The space Nestled in the Berkeley Hills with breathtaking views, is a wonderful large studio with private bath. Enjoy morning coffee or an evening cocktail from the deck, taking in the amazing sunsets. This is a special getaway, perfect for peace and relaxation. The Space: •Roomy, comfortable studio. Coffee mugs, wine glasses and drinking glasses. Guest access Please note the studio is attached to the main house. It has a private entrance. The main house is either owner occupied or rented out on AIrBNB. The studio is located at the back side of the house. As you're facing the carport, there is path to the right that leads to the deck and sliding glass door entrance. The top portion of the path has 10 stairs. Other things to note We have a strict no parties or events policy. We adhere to AirBNB's party guidelines. You will be asked to leave the premises immediately if you violate the policy. In consideration of our neighbors quiet hours are 10pm-8am.
