WHEN STAYING IN CONTINEW RESIDENCE: 1) ID Card/Passports needed check in registration at lobby due to the Building's Safety Regulations. 2) Expected noise due to nearby apartments/highway or same apartment renovation 9AM-6PM. 3) There will be prayer calling broadcast 5 times a day that will last 5-10 minutes daily as the mosque is nearby. 4) Lift Waiting Time: During peak hours, expect delays around 11AM-12:30 PM (check-out time) and 10:30-11:30 PM (when other guests return to rest). 6) Luggage Storage: The building offers paid locker storage. Fee according to locker size and per hour. 7) We do not provide extra Bath Towels/ Bath Mat / Blanket / Quilt or Duvet. Please bring your own extras if needed. 8) Not recommended to lounge at unit Balcony. Dust may appear on the balcony even after cleaning prior to check in due to the outside city air. Kindly wear your own slippers at balcony if needed.
