Guest access • All the apartment and condominium's units and amenities. • Beach, swimming pool, gazebos (extra cost) and children's games. • 1 private parking space for guests. Other things to note • Each guest must bring their own linens, towels and other personal items (Shampoo, Soap, Creams, etc.). • We accept pets under responsible tenure, hygienic and behavioral conditions in accordance with the condominium's rules of procedure. • Pingueral invites relaxation and fun, respecting our neighbors' sleep and rest schedules. • We suggest listening to music within the parameters allowed, remember that the sound of the sea is an excellent soundtrack. Trying not to speak up and take care of the language, older adults and children will thank you. • There are recycling points on the trash chute, we appreciate separating plastic glass, cardboard and paper. • The rental of quinchos must be 48 hours in advance (subject to availability) and can be occupied at two times: a) Morning (11:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.) b) Afternoon (7:00 p.m. - 2:00 a.m.).
