Beautiful rustic house in Praia do Julião

We are in the middle of the Atlantic Forest, there are birds singing in our window at dawn. Close to 3 beautiful beaches, a 5-minute walk to the beautiful Praia do Julião, between Praia da Feiticeira and Praia Grande, very beautiful, you can walk to the 3, that is, leave the car in the garage. Close to Espaço Vila Galileu and Cachoeira dos 3 Tombos. Upstairs we have a beautiful sea view, depending on the time of year we see the sunset of the bedroom window. The house is rustic and cozy. The space The house below has living room, kitchen, a bathroom and covered deck. On the deck there are benches, chairs and table, where you can relax. Mezzanine on top forming 3 environments with queen bed, separated with white lycra curtains and 1 more bathroom. Beautiful ocean views upstairs. Next to the house outside there is a suite that we rent separately with independent entrance. They don't share any indoor or outdoor areas, just parking. Guest access To the entire house and deck, garden, except the house behind the main house, where Olivia stays. Other things to note Private entrance with uncovered parking. Balcony covered on deck. At the bottom of the house there is a living room, dining room, kitchen and bathroom. In the upper part, mezzanine with 2 queen beds, 1 single, possibility of 1 extra mattress. The space above (bedrooms) is formed by 3 rooms divided by white lycra curtains and 1 bathroom. The staircase is dangerous for small children and we have a small balcony without a railing at the top of the house. If you want to bring young children, you have to have constant supervision at the top of the house.
