Walking distance to Braintree Village; 20 minutes by car to Stansted airport, Chelmsford and Colchester and an hour to the Essex coast. The space A large two storey annexe a few metres from the host's property in case you need anything but completely detached and with a separate entrance and key safe so you can come and go as you please. Please note the property would be suitable for those with low mobility but take into account the following: - it is level access from the car park to the front door - there is a small step and threshold to enter the property - photographed - the main doorway is 30 inches wide - there is a ground floor bedroom and bathroom - the walk in shower has small step to access it - photographed Guest access Our guests have full use of the property bar one storage room that is not shown in the listing. There is also a spacious shared garden with access to open fields and footpaths at the back of the Annexe and a patio area to relax on. Other things to note We share our garden with our guests and have two small dogs who have access to it and two children who also like to play outside. We welcome your four legged friends if they are well behaved but would be grateful if you could pick up any mess. The garden is completely secure and should contain all but the biggest dogs who like to jump fences. There are some great footpaths near the property for walking your dog but these can get muddy so bring suitable footwear. There is plenty of parking at the front of the premises and it is secured by large gates that require a key fob to open and close.
