Lovely place to call home while in SF. Our welcoming and stylish home is located in Cole Valley. One of the best neighborhoods around where you can hike in a forest, and enjoy the local shops, coffee shops, and restaurants. Explore Haight St. and Golden Gate Park on foot. Take in all SF has to offer with easy public transit. My home is best suited for guests who are at work during the day. There are two bedrooms I rent that share a bathroom if both rooms are booked. Minimal storage. The space 1 bedroom in a two-story home and 1 1/2 baths. Wonderful walkable neighborhood with great public transit access. The kitchen has direct garden access, a rarity in San Francisco. We have a medium sized dog (goldendoodle) who is friendly and hypoallergenic. Very fast WIFI available for legal use. Mail: Please use Postal Chase or another location for all mail and packages. Guest access You have access to the home, aside from private rooms upstairs and the garage. The property has a cottage in the rear with its own access from the street. Shared garbage, recycling, and compost. During your stay Happy to interact as desired. It’s a peaceful home, and ask guests to keep it that way. Do not come and go between 11:30 pm - 6:00 am. It’s important to contribute to keeping the home and linens clean. Please replenish the used paper goods and supplies. Other things to note No guests permitted. The space is for your use only. There is a rented cottage in the rear of the property, and the tenant has a private entrance and shared garbage, recycling, and compost bins. Garbage must be put out on the curbs on Thursday evenings and returned in after they are picked up on Friday morning.
