Independent gîte built in 2022 in an old 80 m² stable, with secure parking in a closed courtyard. Quiet and peaceful environment. Regular presence of our horses. Located 15 minutes from the Château de Couturelle, 25 minutes by car from the historic center of Arras and its train station. 5 minutes by car from small shops. 40 minutes from Louvre Lens, 50 minutes from Amiens, 1 hour from Lille. The space THE GITE CONSISTS OF: on the ground floor - A fully equipped kitchen with dining area with direct access to the garden upstairs - A landing room with convertible sofa (140 x 200) - One bedroom with double bed (140 * 200) - One bedroom with round bed for two people (220 * 220) + a pull-out bed (for children) - A bathroom with shower (with towels provided) Guest access Tree-lined garden with shaded terrace to enjoy the calm of the outdoors in summer or a good barbecue. Other things to note "Ecological" approach: photovoltaic panel, selective sorting, shared vegetable garden, compost, etc. Regular presence of pets: cat, horses, chickens. Small climbing wall (under the responsibility of parents) and basketball hoop will delight children. NON-SMOKING gîte (except outside) IMPORTANT We do not charge a cleaning fee and ask you to return the accommodation in the condition you found it. A security deposit of €50 will be requested upon arrival and will be returned upon departure if the accommodation is made to meet expectations (tidy accommodation, cleaning done...). In case of non-compliance with the departure instructions, part or all of the deposit may be withdrawn.
