Located directly next to the ocean, this private bedroom with shared bathroom is in a shared 4-bedroom townhouse with ocean views from bedroom & living room. Ocean views, full kitchen w/new granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, free washer/dryer in unit, 1 full shared bathroom, 1 half shared bathroom, living room, bartop area, smart TV & high-speed Wi-Fi. 1 off-street parking spot included. The space Located directly next to the Atlantic Ocean, this private bedroom, shared full bathroom & half bathroom is in a shared 4-bedroom townhouse with ocean views from the private bedroom & shared living room. The entrance, driveway, backyard, front yard, sauna & outdoor areas are shared with host & guests. Sleeps up to 2 guests if 2 guests are willing to share king-sized bed in private bedroom. There is a fee for each guest after first guest so PLEASE MAKE SURE TO LIST & PAY FOR ALL GUESTS ON THE RESERVATION WHEN BOOKING. NO VISITORS ALLOWED. Newly renovated two story ocean front townhouse, ocean views from private bedroom & shared living room, brand-new cedar wall in private bedroom, full kitchen w/brand-new granite countertops & stainless steel appliances including but not limited to open bartop area, old-fashioned popcorn machine, air fryer, toaster oven, microwave, electric stove, oven, blender, coffee-maker, wine fridge, full-sized fridge & freezer, living room with massage chair, neck & shoulder massager, foot bath, beanbag chairs, Ms. Pac-Man video game, bluetooth jukebox machine, karaoke, star projector lights, Himalayan salt rock lamps, healing crystals, air purifier, flatscreen smart TVs, & high-speed WiFi Internet. One full shared bathroom just for guests & one shared half bathroom, free washer & dryer, central heat & window AC’s are also included in the unit. Private bedroom also includes mini-fridge w/freezer. One free off-street parking spot included on-site in driveway, additional parking may be provided upon request if available, additional fee may apply. In addition, street parking may be available, guests will need to pay meters to park on the street from April-October, snow bans may limit street parking from November-March. There are two friendly indoor cats that live in the townhouse and could be in any of the shared areas. Please keep doors closed at all times, so cats stay inside house & don’t get outside. Early checkin & late checkout could be possible based on availability & additional fee. If reservation is booked the same day as checkin, host will check guests in as soon as possible anytime after 4 PM. There is a chance guests could get switched to one of our almost identical private rooms nearby, depending on availability, and especially with last minute same day bookings. All of our private rooms have nearly identical decor, locations & amenities. Please inquire in advance if you prefer to only stay in a particular room/location. No extra guests of any kind are allowed at the property, all guests must be booked & paid for as part of the reservation. It’s about a 10-min drive to Jenness Beach in Rye. Boardwalk, bars, restaurants & shopping are easily accessible by car. It’s about a 7-minute walk to a local coffee shop & a 30-second walk to the ocean.
