Folk and Merchant, Arthur’s, Drip and Drift are also walking distance from the property and offer great coffee and breakfast options, whilst Brighton road market offers instant access to grocery essentials. The beach is a 10minute walk or short drive away and offers night markets, the Whale and skatepark and plenty other restaurant and bar options. Want to go further?
